Today Woolworths Group Plc said it had put its retail and distribution businesses into administration after discussions relating to the potential sale of its 815 stores ended on previous day risking 30,000 jobs.
On other hand Woolworths' committe have been in talks about selling the retail business to Hilco
for £1 this week to with Hilco expected to take on about £300M of the group's £385M debt.
