300,000 UK visa a year r wrong

Nearly 300,000 out of 2M short term visa every year are wrongly approved. This figures are due the pressure on officials to approve rather than go under lenthly procedure of rejection.(Help to hit their target of issuing visa)....Target orinted job....what abt incentive?
